How to Install latd software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

latd software package provides LAT (Local Area Transport) Daemon, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install latd

latd is installed in your system.

Make ensure the latd package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep latd *

You will get with latd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
